Agile Practice

Starting with waterfall model, Shinetech plans to finish this project within 4 months. But the requirement from the client changes not only frequently but greatly. Sometimes it changes everything which has been done in the last phase. After delivery at the end phase according to the original plan, the requirement is changed again from the client's side.

Thereafter, we suggest the client to bring Agile Development into this project which is proved to be a much efficient way for this individual case. We deliver and make representation every month. Soon we make it every 2 weeks due to the requirement changing reason, which appears to work very well and saves the cost from both sides. Very close communication with the client keeps us updated efficiently. TFS and VSTS are adopted to increase the project visibility to the client.
