Seb Butt
Managing Director, Shinetech UK
Seb has spent over 18 months working closely with the Chinese office to establish the proposition for UK customers, clear channels of communication and also the processes that will ensure smooth delivery to UK clients. Seb has previously been involved in two successful UK based start-ups. Seb is well networked in the international outsourcing community and has been a speaker and panelist at events in India and China.
Seb studied Economics at the University of Birmingham.

Ash Butt
Director, Shinetech UK
Ash will be working with Shinetech UK to penetrate the UK market and will also facilitate the growth of the Shinetech into continental Europe where he has several years of experience of developing new business and forging relationships. Ash has a particular expertise in the Pharmaceutical market. He will encourage Shinetech’s growth in this sector where the demands for offshoring IT are increasing.
Ash studied Law at the University of Durham.

Jerry Zhang
President
Jerry founded Shinetech in 2001. As the founder and General Manager of Shinetech, Jerry is responsible for strategic direction of the company. He has been devoting to cultivate his honesty, active and enthusiastic personalities into company operation spirit, which is one of the critical factors to Shinetech success.
Jerry brings rich management experience to company. Prior to founding Shinetech, Jerry served as a chief editor in Internet Weekly, where he was in charge of internal management. Before joining in Internet Weekly, Jerry played a technical director role in East Changwei Company.
Jerry received his Bachelor degree in Science from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1995.
Xiaoyu Xu
Vice President, Business Development
As a vice president of Business Development, Mr. Xu is responsible for company's business development strategies and overseeing its expansion into new global markets. Mr. Xu's extensive experience in project management and research and analysis ability are the treasure of Shinetech. Prior to joining Shinetech, Mr. Xu served as a consultant in Accenture Japan, one of the largest IT consulting companies in the world, where he learned the critical success criteria for IT Business. Before joining in Accenture, Xu worked in Sweden Autodiagnos Company as chief representative.
Xu received his Master degree in Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology and his bachelor degree in Science from Beijing Institute of Technology.
Jason Guo
Chief Operating Officer
Jason is involved in making out the business strategic direction and responsible for strategies implementation, operational activities and the performance checks for all company departments and offices. His excellent team management, technical background and coordination skills enable him to successfully control the operational cost and risks and become a key coordinator among departments. Prior to joining shinetech, Jason held project manager and software architect positions in New Oriental Education & Technical Group.
Jason received his Bachelor degree in Science from China University of Geosciences.
Frank Zhang
Chief technology officer
Frank is responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and development, defining the company's technical vision and ensuring advanced technology to be adopted appropriately. His rich experience in project management and technical leadership in Application Software, Database development, E-commerce, website construction are the significant wealth of the company to ensure high quality service provided to customers. Prior to joining Shinetech, Frank served as chief developer in Network Dept. of eNet Company Ltd.where he led an engineer team to design and developed the first mature ecommerce platform in China and the world topping content management system.
Frank received his Bachelor degree in Science from Beijing Institute of Technology.
Yanqiang Yue
Quality Assurance Manager
Yanqiang joined Shinetech as a project manager since its inception in 2001. He successfully completed several large-scale projects and is familiar with the software development process of CMMI, Agile, Scrum, etc. in 2006, Yanqiang was promoted to QA manager.
In his role as QA manager of Shinetech, Yanqiang improves and maintains the company's quality assurance policies and procedures, and is coordinating Shinetech's CMMI certification process. He also manages the QA team to automate the process of the team performance measurement and project quality evaluation.
Yanqiang received a Bachelor degree of Computer Software from the Xuzhou College of Architectural Technology.
