Shinetech began offering professional software offshore outsourcing services, in August, 2001.  The business itself is headquartered in Beijing, China; however as part of its global business strategy, in 2008 Shinetech launched a UK operation.

Having engaged in the offshore software outsourcing industry for 7 years, Shinetech has successfully completed over 200 projects for over 150 clients. Clients serviced have been located all over the world including the US, Canada, Australia, Finland and Sweden as well as the UK. Through the successful completion of projects, which have varied in size, Shinetech havs accumulated extensive experience in an assortment of industries including: e-commerce, government, health care, tourism, insurance, education, finance, sales and logistics.  These projects have also enabled us to learn how to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients who have varying needs.

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partners, we are very strong in Microsoft’s technologies like .NET 2.0/3.0, SharePoint 2003/2007, C++. We are also experienced and proficient in the use of Java/J2EE, PHP, cold fusion and Mobile development on various platforms.
