Founded in 2001, Shinetech has defined its target to be the offshore outsourcing leader in China.

2008

• January 1st 2008. Shinetech launched based from offices in Windsor and London in the UK

2006

• February 6, 2006, Shinetech attained Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status, the highest level within the Microsoft Certified Partners Program, with a competency in Business Process and Integration Solutions and Networking Infrastructure Solutions.

2005

• August 09, 2005, Shinetech launched an updated website geared toward its customers.
• June 03, 2005, Shinetech entered into technology consulting business.
• April 30, 2005, Shinetech was invited by WIPO to talk about its experience in protection of customers' intellectual property.
• March 16, 2005, Shinetech attained Microsoft Certified Partner status in Microsoft Partner Program with a competency in Integrated E-commerce Solutions.
• March 14, 2005, Shinetech opened a branch office in Chongqing, China

2004

• december 2004, Shinetech Software Development Inc. was authorized as one of the second batch of experimental enterprises of China Offshore Software Engineering Project (COSEP) by China Torch Program.
• October 21, 2004, Shinetech established a long-term partnership with a US client. Dedicated .NET programmers will be provided to help the client with the development of a merchant tracking and commission calculations application in the following year.
• September 17, 2004, Shinetech participated in "The 2004 China Outsourcing Summit".
• September 6, 2004, Shinetech launched localization service.
• July 27, 2004, Shinetech launched test outsourcing service.
• July 13, 2004, Shinetech signed one year's software development contract with Siemens.
• May 17, 2004, Shinetech had successfully passed the credit and trust evaluation and been authorized the membership by Beijing Zhongguancun Enterprises Credit Promotion Association (ECPA).
• April 12, 2004, Shinetech improved its software process for CMM level 3.
• March 11, 2004, Shinetech signed the first ODC service contract with a US client to provide consulting and software development services.
• February 2, 2004, Shinetech launched ODC (Offshore Development centre) service to help our clients focus on their core competencies and moreover reduce development expenses.

2003

• December 4, 2003, Shinetech announced its long-term partnership with Professional Incentive Systems, a US consulting, customization & development company. The higher-quality services and solutions based on industry's best practices bring ProlS confidence to establish the long-term partnership with us.
• October 27, 2003, Shinetech and CISIOffshore developed a long-term relationship that should be benefit to both organizations' growth. The partnership provides Shinetech the valued opportunity to explore French speaking markets.
• September 27, 2003, Shinetech entered into a long term partnership with a Finnish business consulting company. According to the agreement, Shinetech will help BL with the development of custom application and commercial software in addition to providing consulting service.
• August 6, 2003, Shinetech successfully completed the assessment by Dunn & Bradstreet and obtained Shinetech's D&B D-U-N-S® record signifying our commitment to maintaining long term financial relationships.
• July 25, 2003, Shinetech was awarded a long-term service contract by CTI, an American Teleservices firm for development of custom billing and bill presentment applications.
• April 28, 2003, Shinetech signed a valued strategic partnership agreement with Enterprise Iron, a management and technology consulting firm primarily servicing the Fortune 1000 segment of the financial services industry.
• April 6, 2003, Shinetech relocated to our expanded offices to accommodate our growth in offices at Tianyueheng Building Xinde Street No. 20 West City District, Beijing.

2002

• September 20, 2002, Shinetech was recognized as a certified software development company and awarded a Software Company Certificate by the China Software Association.
• June 26, 2002, Shinetech signed a contract with IKANO Financial Service Ltd. to develop an application processing system, signifying the beginning of a strategic working partnership between the two companies.

2001

• August 24, 2001, Shinetech Software Development Inc. was established by Mr. Jerry Zhang, who acts as the General Manager. The company was originally Xin Rong Quan Building No.4 Xue Yuan Nan Road Hai Dian District, Beijing.
